- 保存療法が原則
- 膝軽度屈曲位でlong leg cast , bridging callusが観察されるまでweekly radiographs
- 変形の許容範囲は#2-16
- 変形が途中で見られたらcastをwedging
- 手術療法
- plaster pinning
- external fixator
- intramedullary nailing (rigid/flexible)
- plate fixation
- 最近は手術療法が増えている
- abuse疑われる場合はskeletal survey
